-
Girl and Bird
Wool felted adaptation of DeGrazia's painting of the girl and the bird. One of my favorites.
-
elke's book 6 (2).jpg
Made for Elke McGuire. It is an Elke book! The page sections are each "wrapped" in their own envelopes. I should have more photos!
-
handmade broom.jpg
Thank you, dear Dylan, for patiently holding this broom while I took photos. I made this broom while I helped in the kindy one day.
-
wool felted Easter basket
The basket was wet felted over a large plastic egg, then sections cut out to create the handle and basket. The design is needle felted.
-
Birds
This is a wool "painting" done with needle felting technique. I did this one with my good friend, Mike Gordon. It is adapted from Franz Marc's painting of Birds.
-
Blue horse
This wool painting was also adapted from a painting by Franz Marc. I love Marc's vivid colors and animals. They lend themselves beautifully to felt.
-
Elf - Calling the birds
A picture that I made for children. I believe it is now hanging in a kindergarten classroom.
-
Gnome dancing around the fire
Could this be Rumplestiltskin? It might be. Or just another one of those little fellows dancing around a fire in the woods.
-
Red Foxes
This is yet another one of my adaptations of a Franz Marc painting. This, and the Birds are my all time favorite feltings. We have red foxes living and raising their families in our back yard.
